Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations: Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. No communication = forfeited deposit.
• Reschedules: One reschedule is allowed with the same deposit. After that, a new deposit will be required.
• Late Arrivals: If you’re 15+ minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be lost. Please communicate if you’re running behind.
• New Clients: Please give yourself extra time to find the location and park to avoid being late.
• Guests: No extra guests unless approved by me or booked under a Bestie Bundle.
• No-Call / No-Show: Will result in a forfeited deposit and may affect future bookings.
